- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 C fresh basil
- 1/4 C pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp Hain® sea salt
- 6 Tbsp Spectrum Naturals® Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 C parmesan, finely grated
- Add the garlic, pine nuts, basil and salt to the bowl of a food processor and whir until the mixture is evenly chopped.
- While the machine is still running gradually add the olive oil and let run until fully incorporated.
- Scrape into a bowl and add the parmesan. Stir to completely blend it into the mixture.
- Will keep in the refrigerator up to two weeks.
