- 4 Tbsp (half stick) unsalted butter
- 2 oz. Sunspire™ Organic Fair Trade 100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 1/2 C confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 C sour cream
- Melt butter and chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Cool slightly.
- In a large bowl beat the confectioners’ sugar and sour cream together until mixed evenly.
- Gradually beat in chocolate to make a smooth, spreadable frosting.
