Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/4 C sour cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl beat the confectioners’ sugar and sour cream together until mixed evenly.
  3. Gradually beat in chocolate to make a smooth, spreadable frosting.
