Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp honey
  • large handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend until well combined.
  2. Enjoy!
