- 1/4 C Spectrum Naturals® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Spectrum Naturals® Organic Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- 1 pinch of cayenne, ground red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a blender, cover and bland on high until the dressing becomes creamy.
- Toss with salad and serve immediately.
