During the hot days of summer when you're craving a sweet treat the last thing you want to do it turn on your oven to bake cookies or cake. No, you want a quick and easy dessert that won't turn your kitchen into a sauna. Enter the popsicle. Not only will they satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you cool they are a total breeze to whip up. With a few ingredients and a fun freezer mold (we're fond of rockets and ice pops) you can have a few different flavors of popsicles ready in no time. 

We've gathered four of our favorite popsicle recipes – covering the full spectrum of flavors from fruity to creamy to chocolaty – to give you an inspirational nudge. The recipes are simple; whir a few ingredients in a blender, pour in to the mold of your choice and stick them in the fridge. Soon you'll have delicious chilly treats for the whole family.
